Lumps that look suspicious on examination — including anything consistent with a mast cell tumour, anything fast-growing, firmly fixed to the tissue underneath, or in a spot that needs wider surgical margins — are quoted individually once your vet has assessed it, rather than at the flat rates above. This is about protecting your pet's outcome: some lumps genuinely need more tissue removed around them than our standard packages are designed for, and we'd rather price that properly than cut corners to fit a promotional rate.

It's common for pets — especially as they get older — to develop more than one lump at a time. Rather than separate anaesthetics and separate bills, most owners choose to have everything removed in the one procedure.
